Catalogue is "of Engravers, who have been born, or resided in England,"..."to which is added An Account of the Life and Works of the latter [Vertue]." Desiccated brown leather with gilt bands and debossed detailing to front and back board edges. Five raised bands to spine with debossed text. Spine crudely hand-painted with gold to each volume including catalogue. All edges gilt. Several boards detached. Occasional light transfer and foxing throughout.
